Mini-Magic's Policies


VISITS - We are not a retail shop. Everything we sell is in our catalog or updates. However, you may visit us by appoitment only.
PHONE CALLS - We are always happy to talk to you and try to be available from 1:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday EST. However due to our show schedule and shopping trips to find all these goodies for you, we are not always here.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES - Within 10 days please. No returns on SALE ITEMS, cut ribbons or fabric are as noted. We will take 1/4, 1/2 or 1 yard or longer pieces of fabric back. We cannot accept 1/3, 2/3 etc. cuts back. Ribbons 1 yard or longer can be returned. We reserve the right to apply a 10% restocking fee to all returned merchandise.
SUBSTITUTIONS - We do not make these unless you give us a second or alternate choice.
PAYMENTS - may be made with personal check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Checks should be made out to Mini-Magic, Inc. US funds only. A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
PRICE CHANGES - Merchandise often comes in at a higher price, we absorb some increases, but reserve the right to raise prices if needed.
PROBLEMS - If there is a mistake on your order let us know right away, we will do our best to make it right.
BACK ORDERS - We hate them too! Sometimes we sell out of an item and must wait for a new supply. We send the item as soon as possible. Always look for a note if your order is short and one or more items are missing.
DISCOUNTS - We are not a wholesaler. A 25% discount is allowed on full bolts of fabric or lace. There are some quantity discounts available on selected items. Ask.
REFUNDS - If you receive a credit voucher and want a check, please send a SASE with your voucher to request it.
DAMAGES - If Post Office brought it, notify us not the Post Office. Save all wrappings, packaging, etc.
ORDERS AND MAIL CAN BE LOST - If you do not have your order in three weeks, contact us. We get slow sometimes, but do not keep our customers waiting months without a note.
SHIPPING INFORMATION - All merchandise is shipped Priority Mail sent through the US Postal Service. If you have special circumstances please specify on the order or call for information.
ORDERS TO OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA - Charge orders only. Please specify air or surface shipping. Also note at what $ amount air shipping is considered too expensive and we will ship surface at that point. You will be billed the shipping cost plus handling fee of $15.00.

$7.50 on orders $0.01 to $25.00
$8.50 on orders $25.01 to $50.00
$9.75 on orders $50.01 to $75.00
$15.00 on orders $75.01 to $100.00
$20.00 on orders $100.01 to $200.00
$30.00 on orders $200.01 to $300.00

Overseas order will be shipped by US mail
